Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship within the continental United States from Arizona.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being 
placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin 
processing the next business day.

Shipping rates and free shipping
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $25 
or more. For orders under $25, a flat shipping rate of 
$9.99 applies.

Estimated delivery time
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days 
after processing, depending on your location. Delivery 
times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as 
your order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the 
carrier and may take 24 hours to populate after the 
label is created.

Shipping carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, based on 
order destination and product weight.

Delays and lost packages
We're not responsible for shipping delays caused by 
carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our 
control. If your package shows as delivered but you 
haven't received it, please check with your neighbors 
and local postal office first. If it's been more than 
7 days since the carrier marked delivery and the package 
is missing, email contact@momieco.com and we'll help 
investigate.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We're 
working on expanding to additional countries — sign up 
for our email list to be notified when international 
shipping becomes available.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. 
We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect 
addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an 
error after placing your order, email 
contact@momieco.com within 1 hour and we'll do our best 
to update it before the label is printed.
